Our Story
At Living Hope Church of the Nazarene, our story is one of faith, transformation, and community. For over 100 years, we’ve been a place where people from all walks of life can experience the love of Jesus and find real hope for everyday life.
What began as a small gathering of believers with a shared desire to serve God has grown into a vibrant, multi-generational church family. Rooted in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, we are part of the global Church of the Nazarene, committed to making Christlike disciples in the nations.
We believe church is more than a building, it’s a community. Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for years or are just beginning to explore faith, you’ll find a place here to belong, grow, and make a difference. Our worship is Christ-centered, our teaching is Bible-based, and our mission is clear: to live out God’s love in our neighborhoods and beyond.

Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Teri
Under Pastor Teri’s guidance, the congregation has spent the past year regrouping and crafting a ministry plan. While outreach was limited, we assessed our resources to build a strong foundation. Upcoming initiatives include three mini vacation bible schools in a park near the rescue mission for community and mission children, plus family parties and meals at the mission. We’re also expanding support for women transitioning from incarceration through Pastor Teri’s jail ministry, offering spiritual guidance and community reconnection.
